I have worked for plenty of start-ups and I know what is really needed to get going – how to move quickly with the essential tasks that will make a difference.

Your company is growing successfully, and you now have multiple products running at different stages – including the development of your next product, upgrade projects for the current product, and fixes for key customers. This constantly changing work-pattern may overwhelm your team.
I can to help you to develop new business opportunities and organise the work of your engineering team around your business priorities.
Established Companies
As a well-established company, you may need to expand your management capacity to meet a short term demand, or to cover an existing role during a time of absence.
I have worked with a wide variety of engineering companies, and I know that the best way to get the job done is the one that works in your situation. I don’t come with a fixed agenda, and I can be productive straight away.
Bio
Broad management experience includes business development, project management, and product management. Launched technology products for leading companies entering fast-moving markets. Contributed to company “exits” through one FTSE IPO, and three trade sales.
Strong technical understanding, with a degree in Electronics & Information Systems from Cambridge University. Developed new technologies, using embedded firmware, digital IC, radio and electronic hardware. Specialised in communications systems.
I work from Cambridge UK, on a fractional contract basis.
